PATHS OF THE HIVE.

Predator Hunt turns your body into a trap. Your first prey collision gets a free instinct dodge; early prey move more slowly, one at a time, with extra evolution orbs and amber hints when escape options are limited. Bosses plan their escapes: Burrow Stalker and Tunnel Weaver need two captures; Hatchery Warden and Rift Guardian need three. Brood Trail follows the classic Snake rhythm: collect an orb, grow, repeat. Both paths descend through the Hatchery, Burrows and Fracture.

Daily Ritual uses a shared seed and resets at midnight Central. Retry freely; each completed run can be submitted. Rankings are separate for every path and expedition.

HUNT OR FOLLOW THE TRAIL

Predator Hunt: trap prey for 3 energy. Brood Trail: collect orbs for 1 energy. Every 5 energy offers three mutations.

READ THE CHAMBER

Burrows introduce stone islands. Fracture rifts mark their tiles before they become dangerous. Dashed tiles are warnings; solid tiles block your path.

EVOLVE TO SURVIVE

White shields. Blue slows. Black sheds your tail to save you. Red speeds up and doubles points. Green adds growth.

Distinct bosses, living terrain, daily seeded challenges and separate records. Slower opening movement gives you time to plan. Four original, detailed cavern paintings change every four evolutions, while music builds from the Hatchery to the deepest Fracture.

FIELD GUIDE · ENCOUNTERS & MUTATIONS

Evolution 2: Burrow Stalker relocates five tiles after a warning. Evolution 4: Hatchery Warden seals up to three tiles. Evolution 6: Tunnel Weaver places webs that briefly freeze the hunt. Evolution 8: Rift Guardian warns before rupturing nearby tiles.

Boss powers charge for ten active seconds. The ochre ring closes when ready. The field pauses between capture phases. Only the final capture grants a reward. Brood Trail has no encounters.

Areas change every four evolutions. Reach twelve for the Deep Fracture. Expeditions finish after 6,000 simulation steps, or earlier if your swarm crashes. Shields and molts can save you; the walls and your own body remain dangerous.
